This is affirmed to be ye last Will & Testament of Catherin
Creer. alias Cluage, who departed this life ye 5th of March
84/5.  ffirst she bequeathed her Soul to God, & her body
to Christian buriall,  It. she left to ye poor a firlett of
Corn, & 2 sheep of those yt were in ye mountains to be dis-
tributed among ym.  It. she left to Jane Cluage a sheep
& to her sister Alice a lamb of those mountain sheep
It. she left all ye rest of ye mountain sheep to her brother
ffinlo Cluage, together with a young bull of 2 years old,
It. whereas there was 3d 2b of her portio coming to her fro
her bro. Wm. Cluage, she left of ye ? moneys due 15b of
it as legacy to her loving brother Rob. Cluage  It. she
left 6b legacy to her brther Wm. to cut him of fro having
any right in ???? of her goods.  It. she left a white blan
-ket to her bro. Wm. Cluage Junr. & if yt would not content
him, she cuts him of [the] 6d Legacy.  It. she left to Ann
Stole? ye maide forut?, a petticote, a smock, a coirfe? & ??
hankerchef.  It. she left to Jo: Quines wife a petticote
a Coife? & a hankerchefe, It. she left to Bessy Kelly
2a of hemp.  It. she left to her cosin Ann Crayne her
best petticote her best linen vest & her best hanker-
chiefe.  It.she feft to her bro: in law Jo: Creer, a yard
& half of white cloth yt was in ye walk miln,  It. she
left to Patt. Creer ye afforesd. Jo: son, ? much of Ruffel –
cloth as would make him a weary Coate,  It. she left to her
mother in law her shoos her cloth-hood & her biggest
hankerchief,  It. she constituted ordained, & appointed her
loving husband sole exetr. of all ye rest of her goods movable
& unmovable wtsoever.
