May ye 14th 1688
In ye name of God, Amen. I Arthur Creere of the
p’ish of KK Bradan, being sick in body, but of a pfect
memory; do make this my last Will & Testament in
manner & form following. First I bequeath my
soul to God, & my body to Christian burial. Item, I
do leave to ye poor, a firlet of Mault, & two sheep
to be distributed amongst ym. It. I do leave to my
dear father Wm Creer a brown mare. It. I do
leave half a team of oxon & half a crop of corn
wth halfe ye husbandry gears to him yt shall succeed
after me as heir of my tenemt, provided yt ye sd
heir whoever he be shall not enjoy or have ye aforesd half team
of oxon or half crop of corn or gears until ye death of my
father Wm Creere. It. I do leave to my brother Christopher
Creer as legacy a new fledge? & a blanket. It. I
do leave to my bro: Wm Creer as legacy, my best
shapen Apparell, & also a blanket. It. I do ~
leave as legacy to my sister Ann Creer, a heir
fer of a year old. It. I do leave to my bro: John
Creer as legacy a fledge? It. I do leave my quar-
-ter of the Crop of corn to ye right heire. It. I do ~
leave to my loving wife Margtt Creer
alis Quayle twenty stoaks of corn, to be pd her yearly by
ye heire out of ye quarter of crop of corn, while she
continues in ---- ye sd Tenemt. It. I do leave to Jo
Bridson a mutton. It. I leave a choice ewe lamb
to Robt Creer Junr. It. to Patt Creere a sheep; It.
I do leave to Margtt Cowley a yard of russet cloth
It. I do appoint, constitute & ordain my loving
wife Margtt Creer alis Quayle, my true and lawfull
exrtrix of all ye rest of my Goods movable and unmov
able wtever. And this to stand authentic as my last
will & testament is signed wth my own hand ye day

Arthur Creer for 3 yards of cloath and
half a firlet of Barley d --d to clamnt
by the decease of Kathrin Cloage, and
remaining in the hands of the sd Arthur
and craveth? by all.
15th May 1689 Christo: Creer enters agt the Exex of his Bro: Arthur
Creer for three firletts of principall corn due to
the claimant by the sd Arthurs Contract of marriage
as will be made to appear. And craveth by all
Eodem Die William Creer enters agt the said Arthur
Creer for XXViijs iXd [28s 4d] due to him by contract
and --- on ---- as hs will make to appear: And
