Ann Creer departed this life about the 29th of May
last, intestate, where of the Court having Intelligence, has
decreed her two children Patrick & Ellin Cannel sole &
joint Admrs of all her goods movable & imoveable what
soever; the next of kin, viz. Ellin & Alice Creer Super
visors, & a legacy to the Husband, on sight of the Inv-
tory
                 Decretum est, & solvit 2s
The Husband, wth Will: Clague & Wm
Kinish husbands to the Supervisors, are
sworn in form of Law.
