The last will of Ann Creer, who departed this life the 29th.
of April 1713. Being in perfect mind and memory at the
making thereof: First, she committed her soul to God, and Body
to Christian Burial. Item, she left and bequeathed to her
son William Clague her part of the Land, & he to pay her
part of the Debts (which she said) they know themselves; Item
she left her part of the Corn to her Husband Thomas Creer,
& appointed the seed Corn to be left to sow the Land, as formerly.
Item, she left her part of two shillings, which her daughter
in Law Christian Clague owed her, to herself. Item, she
left to her daughter Ann Clague a Blanket. Item to her
Daughter Kath: Clague her best petticoat, and as much of her
Linnens as her said Husband would be pleased to give her.
Item, she left to Averick Creer a stoon, and to her God daughter
Anne Kelly, a petticoat. Item, to Mariott Clague a petticoat
and wastcoat. Item to Ellinor Creer a Rideing Hood. Lastly
she appointed her sd. Husband Thomas Creer sole Exr. of all
the rest of her Goods moveable & unmoveable whatsoever.

Thomas Creer & his Stepson Wm. Clague
have bound themselves in the penalty of
twenty pounds in the nature of all Fines,
to stand to their mutual Agreement
now in Court, viz. that the said Thomas
Creer surrenders to his foresd. Right & title to the
Houses & Lands purchased by his wife & her
Former Husband, and also will pay one
Shilling yearly towards the Lord’s Rent
provided, the said Wm. Clague do give
his Father aforesd. every year three
half Firlets of meatcorn; 2 carrs
of straw this year & discharge
twelve shills. & six pence of Debt in=
cumbent on his said Father.
