Jane Creer als Creer of the parish of KK Braddan having departed this life
on or about the month of Febry last past intestate and this court having
received intelligence thereof hath decreed her only child namely William
Creer administrator of all and singular her goods chattels, and effects
moveable and immovable of what nature or kind soever who being under age
William Creer his father is thereupon sworn well and truly to administer the
goods and chattels of the said intestate in trust for the said child to pay
all her just debts so far forth as the said effects will extend and the law
shall bind him, to return a true and perfect inventory of the said effects
to the Registry of this court and to these ends he hath given pledges in
form of law namely Robert Creer and John Kelly both of the parish of KK
Braddan Robert Creer grandfather of said child is also sworn guardian and
supervisor.
