Maughold
At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre  on the
23rd June 1795

Isabel Creer of the parish of KK Maughold having
departed this life on or about the 23rd day of January
last past Intestate and this Court having received
Intelligence thereof hath decreed her Child namely
Robert Creer as her Administrator of all and singular
her Goods Chattels and Effects movable and immovable
whatever, John William and Elizabeth three other 
children of the Intestate having been provided for 
by Marriage Articles – And the said Robert being off
this Isle, William Kermode husband of the said 
Elizabeth is sworn in Trust for the said Robert well
and truly to administer the Estate of the Intestate to
pay all her just debts so far forth as her Goods and 
Effects will extend and that Law shall bind him and
to exhibit into the Registry of this Court a full true
and perfect Inventory thereof. To which Ends he hath
given pledges in form of Law namely Edward
Corkil and John Quine both of the parish of Kirk
Maughold
