This is affirmed to be the last joint will
and testament of Thomas and Jane Creer
of Castletown who being of perfect mind
and Memory. First we recommend our
Souls to God and our Body to a Christian
Burial. Secondly we leave and bequeath
to our four children five shillings each
Thirdly we nominate constitute and appoint
the longest liver to be sole executor or
executrix of all our goods & chattels
House and Garden whatever as doth or
may appertain to us moveable and immove-
able for his or her sole use. To possess
and enjoy as his or her own property
at the decease of the first.

Thos Creer one of the Testators having departed this
life Jane Creer the survivor is sworn exorx in court
in form of law 7 hath given pledges for the payment
of debts & legacies namely the witnesses of the
will. Probatum est
