Kk Braddan}		At a Chapter Court holden
			in Douglas on the 22nd day
			of June 1802.

Isabel Creer als. Fayle having
departed this Life on or about the 7th Day
of the Month of November last past Intestate
and the Court having received Intelligence
thereby hath Decreed her [six] Children
namely John Daniel and Jane Elizabeth
Isabel and Margaret Creer and also Paul
Robert and Thomas Quirk the Children of
Mary Quirk a deceased Child of the said
Intestate in Right of their said Mother
joint Administrators of all and singular
the Goods Rights Credits Chattels and
Effects movable and immovable whatever
of the said Intestate and the said John
only being present in Court he is thereupon
sworn well and truly to administer the same
to pay all the just Debts of the said
Intestate so far forth as her Goods and
Effects will extend and the Law bind him
and to be just to his said Co-adors in
the Division of the Residue of the said
Estate and to these Ends he hath given
Pledges on Form of Law namely Thos.
Quiggan and John Creer both of the said
Parish of KkBraddan.
