John Creer, 1803

Kk Maughold the 10th day of July 1803

This is affirmed to be the last will & Testament of
John Creer of the Parish of Kk Maughold who being
[of] sound disposing mind & memory at the making
here of – Imprimis He Comitted his Soul to God
& his body to a Christian Burial – And disposed
of his Worldly Effects in the following manner
Item He left and bequeathed unto his eldest son John
all the Purchased Lands to be Possessed & enjoyed by
him after the Decease of his loving wife Ann
Creer with all the encumbrance said lands are
subject to his wife aforsd. to hold possess & enjoy the
same during her natural life time as aforsd. he likewise
left his son John two head of sheep a two year old
Colt & his share of a Boat called the Bella of
Ramsey he paying the debts or bills already
Contracted for and on account of the sd. boat
Item he left and bequeathed unto his Daughter
Ann a shee lamb and a Calf Equally between
her & her sister Mary equally between them
Item he left sixpence each to all the rest of his
Children & all other Cravers.  And Lastly he
Nominated and appointed his Loving wife
Ann Creer Whole and Sole Executrix of all
the rest of his Worldly Effects moveable and
Imoveable of what kind nature or denomination
soever.  Witness the day & date before mentioned

The Exorx. is sworn in Court in form of
Law ???? Guardian & Supervisor of the
Children under age & hath given Pledges
for the payment of Debts & Legacies namely
the Witnesses of this Will

of Mary Creer a legatee in the foregoing
will ?????? appeared this
day and acknowledged to have
received his share of a shee
lamb & a Calf in the foregoing
will mentioned, And exonorates
acquits and discharges
the Exectrix her Exors Admors & Assigns of the same and of
very ????? thereof
