Castletown

This is affirmed by the present witness 
to be the Last Will and Testament
of Jane Creer of Castletown widow
who departed this life the 13th of May
1804 first committing her soul to
God and body to Christian Burial

First she bequeathed to her Brother
John Moore her Bed-Clothes and 
Bedstead, and sixpence each to 
her three sons Robt., Thomas and William
and sixpence to her son in Law
Edward Maddrell

Then she left and bequeathed to
her Sister Isabel Creetch her Gown,
Petticoats, Bedgowns and Aprons.
Also she Nominated appointed 
and constituted her said Sister Isable
Sole Executor of all the Rest of
her Goods moveable and Immovable
of what kind and Nature soever

At a Chapter Court holden at Castletown
June 13th 1804
The Exorx is sworn in Court in form of 
Law and hath given Pledges for the 
payment of Debts & Legacies namely 
John Cannell & John Killey both of Castletown
