This is affirmed to be the last Will
and Testament of Jane Creer als Lace
of the Parish of German who was of
sound mind memory and understanding
at the making thereof; did pronounce
this to be her last will and Testament
as aforesaid this the Sixteenth day of
July 1806
First she committed her Soul
to Almighty God and her Body to
Christian Burial.
Secondly she left and Bequeathed to
her two Sons (namely) John and
Matthew Creer Twenty pounds Each,
said sum to be paid to them when they
arrived to the Age of Twenty One years and
also the said Sons to be sent to a Trade
at the Expenses of my Executor
hereafter mentioned.
Thirdly she left and bequeathed to
her daughter Lenora Creer the Sum
of Eighty pounds and a Feather Bed
which she now made use of, which
Said sum and Bed she is to receive
when she arrives at the Age of Twenty
One Years, But, if in case any of said
Children happens to Die without Issue
then in that Case his moiety or share
of this Legacy then to be Equally divided
Between the Survivor or Survivors
and als she appoints her Executor
to Support and maintain the said
Children until the respectively arrive
to age. She also left and Bequeathed
to her loving Husband Patrick Creer
all her part or moiety of the purchased
Houses and Lands with all the Emolu-
ments thereunto belonging.
Lastly she nominated and Appointed
her said loving Husband Patrick Creer
to be her whole and Sole Executor of
all the remainder of her Goods mov-
able and immovable be the same of
what kind or Denomination what
soever, witness our Subscriptions
the day and date above mentioned

The Executor is sworn in Court in form of Law
& also to be Guardian and Supervisor of the Testatrix’s
Children who are under Age and hath given pledges
for the payment of debts and Legacies namely the
Witnesses of the Will
