In the Name of God Amen. We
Robt Creere of Ballamodey in KK Braddan & Elizabeth Creere
als Kelly my wife do make and ordain this
our joint & conjunct Last Will & Testament
as follows

First we commend our Souls to God & our
Bodys to a Christian Burial
Item - we leave and bequeath to our son & Heir
Matthias Creer the Bed and Bed Cloathes which 
he (the Sd Matts) now useth to be possessed by 
him after the decease of the survivor or longest
liver of us.
Item - we leave and bequeath to our daughter Margt
Hampton als Creere an Heiffer to be possessed by
her after the decease of the survivor or longest
liver of us.
Item - we leave and bequeath to our daughter
Catherine Collister als Creere an Heiffer to be possessed 
by her after the decease of the survivor or longest
liver of us - and likewise leave to our two
Daughters  Margt & Catherine aforesd all my the Sd Elizabeth
Creere als Kelly's formed Cloathes - to be possessed by them
at the decease of her the Sd Elizabeth Creere als Kelly
To any person or persons that may claim any right
or title to our effect we leave six pence legacy
and lastly we appoint and ordain the survivor of 
or longest liver of us whole & sole Executor
or Executrix of this our last will & Testament
and likewise residuary Legatee of all the rest of
of our Goods & Effects of what Name and nature
soever as witness our names this the 17th
of December 1806
