Daniel Creer of KK Onchan bachelor
having departed this life on or about the 1st
Oct inst intestate and this court having received
intelligence thereof hath decreed his father
John Creer adminr of all & singular
his Goods Rights credits chattels and
Effects, and he is therefore sworn 
faithfully to administer the same
& pay all just debts so far forth as
goods will extend and the Law
Bind him & to those Ends he 
hath given pledges in form of Law
namely George Kelly and Charles
Moore both of K Onchan
