In the name of God Amen. 
I Elizabeth Creer Widow otherwise Kelly in the parish of
KK Onchan being far advanced in years and being of 
certainty aware that is appointed unto all men to die
and feeling in myself a decline of health and
a daily increase of bodily infirmities and knowing
now how soon I shall be called out of this transitory
life I do therefore prepare for a change in manner 
following:-
Item I commend my Soul to God who gave
it and my body to the Dust in hope of a joyful
Resurrection from the same through the might of Jesus
And my worldly goods I dispose of as follows.
Item I leave and bequeath unto my Eldest son John Creer
and Heir at law the sum of five shillings
Item I leave and bequeath unto my son Robert Creer a
Milch cow and a bed with bedding belonging to the same.
Item I leave and Bequeath unto my daughters namely
Betty Corlett alias Creer, Peggy Crowley alias Creer, Mary 
Corkill alias Creer, Jenny Kaighen alias Creer, And
Ann Creer – the sum of five shillings each
Item I leave and bequeath sixpence legacy unto any person
that shall crave or claim unto my property.

Sheweth That Elizth Creer your
petitioners Mother some short time
ago departed this live having 
first made and published
her last will and Testament
whereof she appointed
your petitioner executrix
That your petr is
desirous to have the said
will received in form
of law
Wherefore Petioners prays
a hearing of the ???????????
that petr be permitted to prove
the sd will in the usual form and
that she be sworn executrix thereof
and petitioners will pray & c

Ordered that this petitioner do
come on to be heard at a court 
to be holden at Douglas on Friday
next.
