The Humble petition 
of Margaret Creer 
Sheweth
That Edward Creer 
your petitioner's husband
lately departed this life
intestate
That administration has not
been granted to the Estate
of the said Edward Creer
and it is expedient that a
proper person should be 
appointed to administer to
the said Estate
Wherefore your petitioner
prays a hearing of this
petition and that your
Reverence will be pleased
to appoint and swear 
your petitioner
administratrix of the estate

Margaret Creer is sworn well and truly
to administer the Estate and Effects of Edward
Creer the deceased to pay all his just Debts and 
funeral expenses so far forth as the 
goods and effects will extend and the Law
require her swear to return a true and perfect
inventory of the said Deceadants Estate
and Effects and of her acts and proceedings
in the presence and unto
