Parish of Marown being weak
in body but of sound disposing mind
Memory and Understanding at the
time of the making hereof an consid-
ering the Uncertainty of this life.
I Do Make Publish an Declare this
to be my Last Will an Testament
in Manner following ----
I comitt My soul to God and my
Body to a Christian Burial at the
Discretion of my Executor herein
After Named.
I leave and bequeath to my son
Philip the sum of one pound British
I leave and bequeath to my son
John the sum of one pound British
I leave and bequeath to my son
William the sum of one pound British
I leave and bequeath to my daughter
Ann the wife of William Leece
the sum of two pounds British
I leave and bequeath to my daughter
Elizabeth the wife of John Cretney
the sum of two pounds British
I leave and bequeath to my three
Daughters all my Wearing Apperal
I leave and bequeath to all other
Claimers the sum of two shillings
and six pence British
I leave and bequeath to my husband
Philip Creer the bed and beding
Wich we now sleep in and the
Chest of ??????
I Nominate, Constitute and appoint
My son Thomas and my daughter
Catherine Whole and sole Executors
of this my last will and testament
Residuary Legatee of the rest of
my Goods property and effects and
hereby making Null and Void all
Other Will or Wills by me hereto

Marown.

Have agreed to become pledges to the said Thos Creer and Cath Creer
Therefore know all Men by these presents that We the said Paul Craine
and Wm Karran Hereby bind and
oblige ourselves and our Executors and Administrators as Pledges to the said
Thos Creer & Cath Creer for the due and faithful Administration of
the Goods and Effects of the said Deceased, according to law, Witness our
Subscriptions this 25 Day of May 1832 *
