Marown

In the Name of God Amen
We Thomas Creer & Elizabeth Creer my wife of
Ballakelly in the Parish of Marown being of sound
mind memory & understanding do ordain and appoint this
for our last will and testament as follows
We commit our Souls to God & our Bodies to
Christian Burial
We leave & bequeath unto the survivors of us
during his or her natural life all the rents profits 
& issues of all our houses & lands being part of the
Quarterland of Ballakelly in the Parish of Marown
now held & occupied by us, with all our goods
Chattels & effect, and Cash, Due or owing unto us or otherwise
also we leave & bequeath unto our children
Thomas John Edward Margeret Ann Jane
& Mary the sum of one pound each & to our son 
Paul the sum of five pounds, to be paid one year 
after the death of the survivor of us Thomas Creer
& Elizabeth Creer my wife.
Lastly we leave & bequeath unto Daniel
our son the whole of our houses & lands part of the
Quarterland of Ballakelly (as aforesaid) in the parish
of Marown to be by him possessed from the day of the death
of the survivor of us whom we also nominate & 
appoint whole & sole Executor of this our last
will &  testament and Legatee of all the rest of our 
Goods Cash Credit and effect moveable and
immoveable be the same of what kind name
and nature soever as witness our subscriptions
this twenty sixth say of september one Thousand
Eight hundred & forty five.

Thomas Creer one of the Testators having departed this 
life Daniel Creer is sworn Exor in form of Law and
hath given pledges for the payment of Debts and
Legacies namely John Cain of Ballamenagh in
the Parish of Braddan and Robert Kelly of the 
Nab in the Parish of Maronw

Creer of Ballakelly in the said Parish of
Marown the sum of one pound Sterling
being the amount of a Legacy, Bequeathed
to my wife by the joint will of the said
Thomas Creer and Elizabeth his wife. As
Witness my Subscription this 3rd day of
October 1850

legacy, bequeathed to my wife Jane Creer by 
the joint will of the said Thomas Creer & 
Elizabeth his wife bearing date the twenty sixth
day of September one thousand Eight hundred
& fort six as witness my name this 16th day of
January 1851
