The Humble Petition of Mary
Creer widow and William
Caesar Creer both of Ballaskeig
Moar in the parish of Maughold

Sheweth
That James Creer late of Ballaskeig
Moar aforesaid departed this life on or
about the eleventh day of April instant
intestate.
That petitioners are desirous
that some fit and proper person 
may be appointed to administer
the estate of the said James Creer
wherefore petitioner pray a 
hearing hereof and that your 
worship may be pleased t 
appoint some fit and 
proper person to administer 
the said estate with such
other and further relief as
is meet and they will
pray

Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard at an Ecclesiastical
Court to be held at Douglas on Thursday the 26th day of
April 1883 at 11 o’clock in the forenoon. Whereof all proper
parties and persons are to have due and lawful notice.
given at Douglas this 25th day of April 1883
