			The Humble petition of
			James Creer of Ballacaine in
			the parish of Jurby farmer
			and William Thomas Creer of the
			same place farmer ___________

Sheweth as follows:
	Your petitioners mother Jane Creer late
	of Ballacaine aforesaid widow died on
	or about the 9th day of June 1892 having
	previously made and published her
	last will and testament in writing
dated the 19th day of November 1885 with
two codicils thereto dated respectively the
2nd day of February 1887 and the 16th day
of October 1888 whereof she appointed
your petitioners executors ____________
Petitioners are desirous of obtaining
a grant of probate of the said will and
codicils _________________________
	Wherefore petitioners humbly
	pray a hearing hereof and
	that Your Honor may be
	pleased to grant to petitioners
	probate of the said will
	and codicils and
	petitioners will pray [de]

Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard at a
Court to be held at Douglas on Monday the 27th day of
June 1892, at 11 o'clock forenoon.  Whereof all proper
parties and persons are to have due and lawful notice.

This is the last will and testament of
me Jane Creer of Ballacain in the
parish of Jurby widow of William Creer
formerly of Ballacain aforesaid but
now deceased ___________________
Whereas the said William Creer by
his last will and testament devised unto
his son John Creer his heirs and assigns
after my decease that dwelling house land
and premises situate in the parish of Marown
called "Crosby Cottage".  Now in order to
confirm such devise I hereby devise unto
the said John Creer his heirs and assigns
all my share and interest of and in the 
said dwelling house land and premises __
I bequeath unto my son the said John
Creer the sum of five hundred pounds
and unto my daughter Ann Jane 
McKneale the sum of five hundred pounds
I declare that such bequest to my daughter
is for her sole and separate use free from
all marital control and engagements
and her receipt alone notwithstanding
coverture shall be a sufficient receipt for
the payment of the same to her _______
I revoke all former wills and
testamentary dispositions made by me.  I
appoint my two sons William Thomas
Creer and James Creer executors of
this my will and I devise and
bequeath unto them and their heirs
executors administrators and assigns
equally between them all the rest
and residue of my real and personal
property ______________________
Witness my name hereto subscribed
this nineteenth day of November one 
thousand eight hundred and eighty five.

This is a Codicil to my foregoing
Will
	Whereas since the execution of
the foregoing Will my son John Creer
has died intestate and thereupon the
dwelling house and premises situate in
the parish of Marown devised to him
under the will of his late father
deceased to his brother and heir at
law William Thomas Creer, Now I do
hereby devise and bequeath unto the said
William Thomas Creer and his heirs
and assigns all my right title and
interest in and to the said dwelling
house and premises ____________
I declare that the legacy of five
hundred pounds bequeathed by my said will to my
son John Creer shall fall into and form
a part of my residuary estate ________
Witness my name hereto subscribed
this second day of February 1887.

I bequeath unto my daughter
Ann Jane McKneale in addition to the
legacy of five hundred pounds bequeathed
to her by my said will the sum of two

	Douglas on the 27th day

The Annexed paper writings dated
respectively the 19th day of
November 1885, the 2nd day of
February 1887 and the 16th day
of October 1888 having been
proved to be respectively the last
Will and Testament and two
Codicils [thereto] of Jane Creer
late of Ballacaine in the
parish of Jurby widow deceased
who died on the 9th day of
June 1892.  William Thomas Creer
and James Creer both of 
Ballacaine aforesaid Farmers the
Executors named in the
Said Will are sworn well and
truly to fulfil and execute the Said
Will and two Codicils and to
administer the personal Estate of the
Said deceased according to Laws.

IN HER MAJESTY'S HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE OF THE ISLE OF MAN

COMMON LAW DIVISION			[Testamentary Jurisdiction]
Will and two Codicils of Jane Creer late of Ballacaine
in the parish of Jurby widow

KNOW all men by these presents that we James Creer of
Ballacaine in the parish of Jurby farmer
William Thomas Creer of the same place farmer
Robert Curphey of Verona in the
Town of Douglas gentleman and
Robert Creer of Princes Street
in the town of Douglas cow keeper
are jointly and severally and any two of us jointly bound unto our Sovereign
Lady the Queen in the sum of Three thousand five hundred
pounds to the payment whereof, well and truly to be made to our said Lady
the Queen; her heirs and successors, we bind and oblige ourselves jointly and
severally, and any two of us jointly, our Executors and Administrators, firmly
by these presents.  
THE CONDITION of the obligation is such, that if the above-named
James Creer and William Creer who seek to
obtain a grant of Probate of the last Will and Testament and two Codicils of Jane
Creer late of Ballacaine
in the parish of Jurby widow
but now deceased, who died on or about the 9th day of June
1892, do, when lawfully called on in that behalf, make or cause to be made a
true and perfect inventory of all and singular the personal estate and effects of the
said deceased, which have or shall come to their hands, possession, or
knowledge or into the hands of any person for them and the
same so made do exhibit, or cause to be exhibited, into the proper Registry in that
behalf whenever required by law so to do: And the same personal Estate,
and effects of the said deceased, which shall at any time come into the hands or
possession of the said James Creer and
William Thomas Creer
or into the hands or possession of any other person or persons for them or
which without default might have come into the hands or possession of the said
James Creer and William Thomas Creer do well and truly
administer according to law, that is to say, do pay the debts and liabilities of the
said deceased so far as the said personal estate will extend and the law bind the said
James Creer and William Thomas Creer __ then this
obligation to be void and of no effect, or else to remain in full force and virtue.

The executing parties to the foregoing Bond acknow-
ledged the same to be their Act and Deed.
