I Eliza Jane Creer of 53 Woodburn Road
Douglas, do hereby make and publish my
last will and testament in manner fol-
lowing, hereby revoking every former will
by me heretofore made.
I appoint Andrew Caley junior of Douglas
(Ironmonger) sole executor and trustee
of this my will.
I direct my executor to make the fol-
lowing payments namely:-
To Ann Gorry, one pound per week 
for the term of her natural life
To Mrs Elizabeth Kelly (widow of Thomas Kelly)
the yearly interest to be received on £1000
On the death of the said Ann Gorry, I direct
my executor to pay the following legacies
to Margaret wife of Joseph Faragher (where
I now reside) one hundred pounds
To her niece Alice Kaighen, fifty pounds
to John Keig son of William Keig, one
hundred pounds.
To Mrs Christian Christian of Ramsey
widow two hundred pounds
to the three children of WR Fenton
(of Bolton) one hundred pounds each.
To the four children of Moses Canning
of Douglas, namely Gertrude, Constance,
Douglas and Carlisle one hundred pounds 
each. (These legacies amount to £1150)
On the death of the before named Mrs
Elizabeth Kelly the £1000 on which she
received the interest to be paid over to her
two daughters Blanche wife of Andrew 
Caley junior and Mabel, five hundred pounds each.
My Household furniture and wearing apparel
I leave to the before named Mrs Elizabeth Kelly
when my estate is fully wound up and
settled, any surplus there may be over
and above, my executor in trust, the said
Andrew Caley junior is to retain for 
himself.
In witness whereof the said Eliza Jane
Creer hath hereunto subscribed her 
name this 16th November 1898

spinster deceased who died on
the 22nd day of March 1899
Andrew Caley junior of the
town of Douglas ironmonger the
executor therein named is sworn
well and truly to fulfil and
execute the same and to administer
the personal estate of the said
deceased according to law
