Catherine Creer, 1902

This is the last will and testament of me
Catharine Creer of nineteen Princes Street in
the town of Douglas widow. I revoke all
Wills and Testamentary writings at anytime
heretofore made by me and declare this only
to be my last will and testament. I give 
devise and bequeath the whole of my estate
both real and personal wheresoever the same
may be situate unto my daughter Emma
Creer absolutely for her sole and separate 
use free from the control debts or engagements
of any husband she may have. And I appoint
her sole executrix hereof. In witness whereof
I have hereunto subscribed my name this 
nineteenth day of March one
thousand nine hundred and two (1902) 

Signed published and declared
by the said testatrix as and for
her last will and testament in		Catharine Creer
our presence who in her presence	her x mark
at her request and in presence of
each other have hereunto subscribed
our names as witnesses. Such will
having been first read over to her
