Jane Creer, 1903

This is the last will and testament 
of me Jane Creer of No 87 Strand Street
in the town of Douglas widow
I revoke all wills and testamentary
dispositions heretofore made by me
and I appoint my niece Ethel Ann
Taggart of No 87 Strand Street aforesaid
widow executrix hereof
If my nieces Esther Ann Taggart 
and Esther Jane Quine now living
with me both survive me then I 
devise and bequeath the whole of
my property real and personal unto
the said Esther Ann Taggart subject
nevertheless to the payment of
one hundred pounds to the said
Esther Jane Quine but if one of
my said nieces predecease me
leaving the other surviving then
I devise and bequeath the whole
of my property real and personal
unto such surviving niece for
her absolute use and benefit 
I declare that the property to
which my said nieces Esther Ann
Taggart and Esther Jane Quine 
shall become entitled under this
will shall be for their sole and
separate use free from all marital
control and engagements.

day of February one thousand eight
hundred and ninety.

by the said Jane Creer as and for
her last will and testament in
presence of us who in her presence 
at her request and in the presence 
of each other have hereunto
