The petition of Catherine 
Jane Creer of the Borough of
Douglas Spinster

Sheweth That your Petitioner's sister
Elizabeth Lenora Creer of 14 Albany Street
in the Borough of Douglas Spinster departed
this life on the 29th of November 1903 Intestate
and it is necessary that some fit and proper
person be appointed Administrator of the Estate
and Effects

Wherefore petitioner prays a
hearing hereof and that your
Honor may be pleased to appoint
Petitioner Administrative of the
Estate and Effects of the said
Elizabeth Lenora Creer and
Petitioner will pray

holden at Douglas on Monday the 18 day of
January 1903 at 10:30 o'clock in the forenoon, whereof

At a Court held at Douglas
the 18th day of January 1904
Upon hearing the Petition in presence of the parties or
their Advocates, and it being proved that Elizabeth
Lenora Creer late of No 14 Albany
Street in the Borough of Douglas
on or about the 29th day
of November 1903 departed this life at
Douglas aforesaid and intestate, a Spinster

This Court hath decreed Catherine Jane
Creer also of the said Borough
of Douglas Spinster a sister of
the deceased Administratrix of All and
Singular the Personal Estate and Effects of the said
Deceased, and accordingly she is sworn well and truly
to administer the said Estate and Effects of the said
Deceased by paying her just debts and funeral
expenses so far forth as the said Estate and Effects
will extend, and the Law bind her and distributing
the residue according to Law, and to return to the
proper Registry a full, true, and perfect inventory of
all and singular the said Estate and Effects, with an
accurate account of her administartion thereof, when
thereunto lawfully required.

deceased –

Know all men by these presents that we Catherine Jane
Creer of the Borough of Douglas Spinster
Robert Lewin Cain of Albany Road
in the said Borough of Douglas and
William Clucas of 22 Peel Road
in the Town of Douglas Iron moulder
are jointly and severally and any two of us jointly bound unto our
Sovereign Lord the King in the sum of one
hundred
pounds to be payment whereof well and truly to be made to our said Lord
the King, his heirs and successors, we bind and oblige ourselves jointly and
severally, and any two of us jointly, our Executors and Administrators,
firmly by these presents.
As witness our subscriptions the sixteenth day of
January in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine
hundred and four
The condition of our obligation is such, that if the
above-named Catherine Jane Creer


who seeks to obtain Letters of Administration of all and singular the personal
estate and effects of Elizabeth Lenora Creer
each of 14 Albany Street in the Borough of
Douglas Spinster
But now deceased, who died on or about the 29 day of November
1904 at Douglas aforesaid
do, when lawfully called on in that behalf, make or cause to be made a true and
perfect inventory of all and singular the personal estate and effects of the said
deceased, which have or shall come into her hands, possession, or
knowledge, or into the hands of any other person for her, and the
same so made do exhibit, or cause to be exhibited, into the proper Registry in
that behalf whenever required by law so to do:  And the same personal estate
and effects, and all other the personal estate and effects of the said deceased,
which shall at any time come into the hands or possession of the Administratrix
or into the hands or possession of any other person or persons for her
or which without default might have come into the hands or possession of
the Administrator, do well and truly administer according to law, that is to
say, do pay the debts and liabilities of the said deceased so far as the said
personal estate will extend and the law bind the Administriatrix and do deliver
and pay unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto all the rest and residue
of the said personal estate and effects, then this obligation to be void and of
no effect, or else to remain in full force and virtue.
