To His Honour Stewart Stevenson Moore Esquire His Majesty’s
First Deemster of the said isle and a Judge of the said Div-
ision

The humble Petition of John Creer of
Clypse in the parish of Onchan Farmer


Sheweth 

Alfred Kerruish Creer, son of your Petitioner
departed this life on the 25th day of June 1905 a bachelor
and intestate.

It is necessary that Letters of Administration of
the personal Estate and Effects of the said deceadant should
be granted to some fit and proper person.

Wherefore your Petitioner humbly prays a
hearing hereof and that Your honor may be
pleased to grant Letters of Administration
of the Estate and Effects of the said Alfred
Kerruish Creer unto you Petitioner or some
other fit and proper person with such other
and further relief as is meet and Petitioner
will ever pray etc etc

At a court held at Douglas
the 18th day of June 1906
Upon hearing this petition in presence of the parties or
their advocates and it being proved that Alfred
Kerruish Creer, late of Admiral Street
in the city of Liverpool and formerly of
Clypse in the parish
of Onchan on or about the 25th day
of June 1905 departed this life at Sea
and intestate a bachelor

This court hath decreed John Creer, of
Clypse aforesaid Farmer the
father of the deceased
Administrator of All and
Singular the Personal Estate and Effects of the said
Deceased, and accordingly he is sworn well and truly
to administer the said Estate and Effects of the said
Deceased by paying his just debts and funeral 
expanses so far forth as the said Estate and Effects
will extend and the law bind him and distributing 
the residue according to law, and to return to the
proper registry a full, true and perfect inventory of
all and singular the said Estate and effects, with an
accurate account of his administration thereof, when
thereunto lawfully required.
