The humble Petition of
Anne Victoria Farrington
Sheweth:
Catherine Creer late of Strand Street
Ramsey died in the month of
December 1850 leaving a will
dated the 5th December 1850 whereof
she appointed her brother Charles
Creer and probate whereof
was granted to the said Charles
Creer at a court held at Ramsey
on the 20 December 1850
The said Charles Creer departed
this life in the month of April
1856 without having fully administered
the estate of the said Catherine Creer
and it is necessary that admin
with the will annexed should be granted.
Wherefore your petitioner prays
a hearing hereof and that
administration of the state of
the said Catherine Creer with the will annexed should be
passed to some fit & proper person
